THE BECOMING / FOUR PASSAGES
A heart that cares.
A resolve that remains.
The protective nature of Jake Heart, given divine expression in Astralis. One continuous thread, held in sapphire and violet.
I / THE HUMAN THREAD
Before the Ward
Before the ward takes shape, there is the impulse to care. Jake Heart carries that impulse: to notice what needs shelter, to draw close without closing in, to stand beside the people who matter to him.
The protective heart listens before it acts. It leaves room for an answer, for a different direction, for a life that belongs to someone else. Its first strength is attention. Its first gesture is presence.
II / STRENGTH WITH RESTRAINT
The Resolve
Resolve gives care an edge that can hold. A boundary becomes clear. A steady voice carries across the noise. The willingness to remain is joined by the willingness to say: this far.
There is discipline in the power left unspent. Darkheart’s strength gathers at the boundary, precise enough to preserve the space within. He stands firm so that another person can decide where to go.
IIIIII / THE PROTECTIVE FACET
Darkheart
In Astralis, this resolve bears the name Darkheart. The protective facet of Jake Heart becomes a divine presence: sapphire light, violet depths, and the quiet authority of a ward held steady.
The same heart continues beneath the manifestation. At his chest, the Aegisheart gives that continuity a visible center. In the circle of his light, protection and defense become a language of their own.

What the Ward Makes Possible
The measure of a ward is the life that can move within it. A conversation continues. Someone rests. A choice becomes possible because there is time enough to make it.
Zerjz carries creation and healing. Leviathan carries destruction and vengeance. Darkheart holds the space in which life can continue its own becoming. His presence asks nothing of the road ahead. The threshold remains open.
The three divine domains ↗A boundary becomes a place to begin again.
